Zavier thrives in busy, high-pressure environments. He began working in a pharmacy dispensary at 15, where he learned the importance of accuracy, care, and clear communication when the details matter. He later joined ALDI and worked his way up to a management role, building his confidence in leading a team and making decisions under pressure.

After moving from regional Victoria to the Sunshine Coast, Zavier brought that experience to property management. He now supports the property management team, helping coordinate the day-to-day details and keeping landlords, tenants and trades informed.

Approachable, resourceful and driven to keep learning, Zavier enjoys the variety of real estate and the chance to help people through each stage of their property journey.
