Born and raised on the Sunshine Coast, Holly Hicks has grown up around real estate. As the granddaughter of Director Ron Hicks and daughter of Principal Andrew Hicks, property has always been part of her life, but it is the people behind the properties that Holly cares most about.

As Head of Property Management & Business Development at Keyline Realty, Holly has played an integral role in growing and developing the property management side of the business, building a team and culture centred around exceptional client care. In 2024, the team was recognised as a finalist for Small Property Management Team of the Year at the Australasian Real Estate Awards.

Holly believes landlords should feel confident that their investment is being protected and cared for, while tenants should feel respected, heard and supported in the place they call home. She works closely with her team to ensure those values are reflected in the service every client receives.

For Holly, great property management is personal. Her focus is on building lasting relationships, following through on what is promised, and creating an experience where both landlords and tenants feel valued and in good hands.
