Nicky has spent many years working in hospitality and pharmacy in customer service focused roles where she found a very natural way of interacting with people by providing exceptional service but mostly by being interested in them personally, going beyond just what was expected in her job description.
Entering another person’s home, representing them in their endeavour to achieve the best possible outcome in selling their home is something Nicky doesn’t take lightly. It excites her to be involved with making her clients’ dreams come to fruition. Nicky wants all the people that choose her to represent them as part of the Keyline Team to have a positive experience. She remembers too well the feeling of buying and selling a home personally; it can be overwhelming. Looking to buy or sell property comes with decisions that can prove challenging. She wants to be the soft landing when the going gets tough.
